📌 Terms & Conditions – WhatsApp Integration
1. Scope of Service

This payment covers technical development and integration only.

Includes:

Integration using client-provided third-party WhatsApp tools

Configuration and basic functional testing

Excludes:

Purchase of WhatsApp Business API
-
Third-party subscriptions, licenses, or message credits
-
WhatsApp account approvals or compliance handling

2. Third-Party Dependency

All third-party tools, platforms, subscriptions, and message credits must be purchased and managed by the client.

Niwebs is not responsible for:

Third-party pricing changes
-
Service downtime
-
Account suspension or rejection
-
3. Client Responsibilities

Client must provide:

Access to website / application
-
Third-party API credentials and documentation
-
WhatsApp number / Business account

Any delays due to missing or incorrect information are not chargeable to Niwebs.
4. Payment Policy

The integration fee is a one-time development charge.

Full payment is required before or during execution of the integration work.
5. Refund & Cancellation

No refunds once integration work has started.

If cancelled before work begins, refunds (if applicable) will be processed after administrative deductions.
6. Testing & Delivery

Integration will be tested for basic functionality only.

Message delivery and automation depend entirely on:

Third-party provider performance

WhatsApp policies

Client’s subscription status

7. Limitation of Liability

Niwebs’ responsibility is limited to technical integration.

We are not liable for:

Message delivery failures

Business or revenue loss

Policy changes by WhatsApp or third-party providers

8. Taxes & Invoice

TAX will be charged as applicable.

A valid tax invoice will be issued upon successful payment.
9. Acceptance
