Payment towards development and technical integration of payment gateways (such as Razorpay or other supported gateways) into the client’s website or application. This fee covers integration work only and does not include transaction charges, gateway fees, or third-party costs.
📌 Terms & Conditions – Payment Gateway Integration
1. Scope of Service

This payment is strictly for payment gateway integration and development services.

Services include:

Gateway API integration
-
Configuration & basic testing
-
Payment flow setup (success / failure callbacks)

This does not include:

Gateway account approval
-
Transaction success guarantee
-
Refund handling by the gateway

Third-party service charges

2. Client Responsibilities

The client must provide:

Active payment gateway account credentials
-
Required API keys, access permissions, and documentation

Server and codebase access as needed
-

Any delays due to missing or incorrect details are not the responsibility of the service provider.
3. Payment Policy

Integration fees are charged only for development work.

Full payment or agreed advance is required before or during integration work, as discussed.
4. Refund & Cancellation

No refunds once integration work has started.

If the project is cancelled before work begins, refunds (if any) will be processed after deducting administrative charges.
5. Testing & Handover

Integration will be tested in test/sandbox mode.

Live transaction success depends on:

Gateway approval
-
Bank processing
-
Client configuration

Any future changes or re-integration will be charged separately.
6. Limitation of Liability

The service provider is responsible only for technical integration.

We are not liable for:

Payment failures caused by banks or gateways

Chargebacks, disputes, or transaction errors

Financial losses or business outcomes

7. Taxes & Invoice

Tax will be charged as applicable.

A proper invoice will be issued after successful payment.
8. Acceptance

By making this payment, the client confirms understanding and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
